THE ENGAGEMENT

I shot this picture during an engagement between Siti Salwa and Atiqi.
Siti Salwa is from Banting while Atiqi is from Kepong. Thus, the event has been held in Banting, which made me went to Banting for the first time ever.

SKY, SEA & THE DARKNESS

I shot this picture during Iza Azura & Yuskahiry wedding ceremony not so long time ago. Actually, the session almost been canceled due to heavy downpour until late in the evening. Luckily, the rain stops before it’s getting dark. Thinking of this could be a moment of the lifetime, we immediately went to Pantai Teluk Lipat to shoot as many as we could. The couple were wearing a fully blue wedding attire which is almost similar with the color of the sky and sea. Thus, to add more contrast between the subject and the background, I used to transform the subject into gray scale mode, while maintaining the background as it is. Using the pop-up flash as my speed lite was out of power, it creates more brightness on the sand in front of me, which actually can be edited or cropped.

The session end 30 minutes later as it was totally dark!
